This workshop has been designed for anyone involved in Sales, particularly Reception Teams. The objective is to help improve sales techniques and maximise all sales opportunities, including maximising sales and revenue through effective communication skills. Participants will develop an understanding of their customer's needs, strategies for selling to different personas, markets and distribution channels. We will examine the importance of pricing strategy which will help attendees to understand how they can convert more sales opportunities.
