This course will teach you how to handle difficult people, difficult conversations and how to manage delicate encounters in a neutral, professional, and authentic way. It will focus in on how to assess people empirically, how to stay objective and in-character, how to listen effectively, what psychology can teach us about Socratic questioning and how we can have a planned strategy in advance of difficult meetings. The course will give each participant very useful tips and tools as well as neutral objective processes to help you arrive at your desired outcome in a fair and professional way.
