This workshop has been designed to help those involved in selling and coordinating weddings within the hotel industry. The objectives are to help participants understand how to convert more wedding enquiries and showarounds to sales.
Participants will take away ideas that they can implement in their workplace immediately.
Modules will include examining the current environment with regard to wedding Facts and Trends, investigating the top challenges that wedding sales and coordination teams face marketing through and after a recession. We will look at how the environment has changed for the seller and the buyer and particularly in relation to ‘Generation Y’.
We will analyse the top 10 reasons people fail to sell a wedding and the mistakes that are commonly made. Participants will undertake a self-analysis to identify areas that they can improve on in relation to their own skills in selling weddings.
This is a highly interactive workshop with team exercises that will generate ideas to improve the showaround procedure, identify key emotional drivers that sell a wedding and combat price challenges.
