The ½ Day workshop with Food & Beverage Team Members has been designed to help participants understand their brand, what it promises and the behaviour that they must demonstrate to live its values.
The customer session focuses on the different types of guests and customers and how to engage with them professionally and how to anticipate their needs. The workshop will demonstrate to the participants the challenges they may face and why they may not be 'selling' successfully in their role as a member of the Food & Beverage team.
This is a highly interactive workshop with a number of group exercises that will create ideas that participants will take away and implement in their workplace immediately.
