This workshop will help participants to analyse their current and future marketing performance which will allow them to examine strategic options available to them. Participants will define and re-confirm suitable target markets and review their current customers. We will examine their competitors and discuss how best they can compete and challenge them. This is a highly interactive workshop with a number of group exercises which will include participants carrying out a SWOT on their current market plan and we will demonstrate how they can create a successfully marketing diary that they can take away and implement immediately.
