This workshop has been designed to examine the proposition that your hotel offers, does it make you stand out from the crowd to the family market? Participants will learn how to develop an internal strategy for families for the Summer of 2014. We will look at external marketing and promotions of family packages, review the 'kids clubs' in the properties and share cost effective ideas. This highly interactive workshop will include a number of brainstorming activities to help participants create packages that will appear to the family market.
