This workshop is for Leisure Centre Managers and Sales Managers. They will gain a better understanding of the sales techniques required to convert that enquiry and make the sale. Participants will develop creative thinking skills to encourage new members and a process for effective showarounds that will reflect the advantages of membership of their leisure centre.
