This workshop is for anyone responsible for handling enquiries & promoting sales initiatives. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to approach personal selling in a strategic fashion, learn how to control callseffectively and identify methods of generating and qualifying sales leads. They will be prepared to plan pro-active telephone sales calls with the confidence to flow into a call effectively and set achievable objectives for your sales calls. This workshop will help them recognise the importance of Customer Relationship Management.
