This workshop will allow students to demonstrate practical leadership skills and teach them how to apply the basic principles of leadership. They will gain an understanding of the situational leadership model and it's application as well as have a greater understanding of Communication. They will be able to demonstrate the steps to follow when recognising customer focused performance as well as identify coaching steps to follow to improve an employee's performance. Finally, they will be able to recognise situations where progressive corrective action needs to take polace as well as receiving an introduction to the Performance Management Process.
