The aim of this 1-Day programme is to assist participants to identify the facilities and activities that will encourage families to book their family breaks. They will develop the tried and tested best practice techniques for understanding their customers’ needs which will help them to learn how they can present their uniqueness, enhance their product knowledge and promote the benefits and features of their venue.

Attending this programme will help participants to develop their skills in presenting and selling fun filled action packed family breaks. They will have a clear understanding of sales propositions and communications to effectively meet their prospective customers’ needs.

Objectives:

• To examine the proposition that your hotel offers, does it make you stand out from the crowd to the family market?
• To develop an internal strategy for families for the Summer
• To look at external marketing and promotions of family packages for the Summer
• To review the kids clubs in the properties and share cost effective ideas
• To brainstorm activities and packages that appeal to the family market
