Managers need to involve employees in connecting the employees' professional and personal goals to the organisational expectations. We will demonstrate the manager's challenge to recognise what needs to change in the person's behaviour, understand what is realistically possible and plan to exceed those possibilities. We will focus on giving delegates key skills to make the performance appraisal process successful and positive for both parties.
